About Us
A workshop, not a startup.
Building in the open since July 2026.
TinkerYard is made by Yash Pandey. Everything here starts the same way - something seemed fun to build, or something was annoying enough that it needed fixing.
The rule for anything that ships is simple: it should be fun or useful within about ten seconds, it should load fast, and it should never ask who you are. No accounts, no trial limits, no popups.
Where something can run entirely in your browser, it does - your files and text never leave your machine. Where it genuinely needs a server, it uses one, and nothing else.
Nothing here is trying to become your only app. Each project is built to solve one specific thing well, ship it, and move on to the next one - a small toolbox instead of one big platform. Some of these are quick browser utilities you use once and forget about; others, like the standalone apps and extensions, are built to stick around and keep getting better.
There is no roadmap, no backlog, and no growth targets. Things get built when they seem worth building, and they stay free because that was the whole point of building them this way in the first place. If you have an idea, found a bug, or just want to say something worked well, the fastest way to reach Yash Pandey is hello@tinkeryard.xyz.
